Certainly in the 100-odd years that the Rutherfords have lived in Canterbury, the family has more than excelled itself in the production of heirs. Much of North Canterbury, and parts of South Canterbury, are liberally endowed with members of this prolific Scottish clan. An interesting history of the Rutherford family and a detailed study of New Zealand's role in the International showjumping competitions. The dust jacket has light general wear with small creases. The book has had a section removed along the top of the title page but overall remains in a tidy, tight condition.
