Presented to the House of Representatives by Command of His Excellency the Governor-General. Complete with both colour and black and white photographs plus maps and conclusions from the Commission's findings, this tragic flight remains controversial to this day. The covers have light sun fading but overall the booklet remains in a tight and bright condition.
